When To Focus Your Listings?
Search data based on PropertyGuru.com from 1 January 2022 to 29 January 2022 shows Tuesday having the highest traffic in the week closely followed by Wednesday – Friday with the rest of the days showing steady search volumes by property seekers.
Similar to stats reported last month, the time of the day looks to be consistent – with traffic picking up gradually from 8AM onwards and tapering off after 12AM.
