This week, we look at when and where you should focus your listing activities in the month of May.
As reports of COVID-19 cases have seen an alarming increase and with recent announcement of MCO, we can expect property seekers to continue their property search activities through online platforms within the safety of their homes.
Silver lining? With more property seekers actively online, it’s the best time for you to Spotlight your listings!
When to Focus Your Listings
Last month, property seekers’ traffic peaked on Sunday and left the other not far behind. However, our latest property seeker data shows the exact opposite now – with Friday being the least popular day, and the other days increasing significantly. The busiest day is Sunday, with Saturday very close behind.
The time of the day looks to be fairly consistent – with traffic picking up gradually from 8AM onwards and tapering off after 12AM. Be sure not to miss out on benefiting from maximum exposure by scheduling your Auto-Repost!

Here are the Top 10 Most Popular Areas searched by property seekers from 3rd April to 2nd May 2021
In this month’s edition we see that Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Penang remains strong demand being the Top 3 highest searched areas, followed by Petaling Jaya and Puchong.
